MFA / 2FA with Cisco Duo to protect Network Devices, VPN, Windows OS, Hypervisors
IT Pattana provides MFA (Multi Factor Authentication) / 2FA (Two Factor Authentication) for clients.
Cisco Duo is one of the most accepted MFA solution which can protect most of your Servers, Hypervisors, Network Devices, Client VPN (both Windows IPsec client VPN and SSL client VPN).
Duo Essentials edition offers MFA, SSO (Single Sign On), Duo Authentication Proxy features.
Duo Essentials costs $3 US dollar per user per month which is around 100 THB per user per month.
Duo Advantage edition adds up to the Essentials with device heath check (Trusted Endpoints), Risk -based authentication features.
Duo Advantage costs $6 US dollar per user per month which is around 200 THB per user per month.
Duo Premier edition adds up to the Advantage with Duo Network Gateway (DNG) to protect Legacy Web Servers that do not support native MFA.
Duo Premier costs $9 US dollar per user per month which is around 300 THB per user per month.
IT Pattana is authorized Duo partner in Thailand. IT Pattana has implemented Duo Authentication Proxy to protect SSL Client VPN such as Fortigate SSL VPN client, SSH and Telnet access.
IT Pattana has implemented Duo Network Gateway to protect customer legacy Web app which does not support native MFA feature.

IT Pattana has implmented Duo AuthProxy to protect Telnet / SSH to Network Switch and devices that support RADIUS authentication. Classic Network Switch such as Cisco, Aruba, Fortinet allow Telnet / SSH to manage and configure. By default these Network devices do not support MFA / 2FA. We can use Cisco Duo to protect them.
In order to implement Duo Authentication Proxy, customers need to have Duo Essentials license. Customers can buy license amount just to cover the users who need to perform these tasks which are usually the Network administrator or the IT admininistrator.

IT Pattana has implemented Duo AuthProxy to protect Cisco Secure Connect SSL Client VPN (AnyConnect), and FortiClient SSL VPN for remote users. 2FA / MFA have become a must according to IT security policy. Remote users with simply username and password is considered a high security because hackers can try brute force the username and password and silently gain access to corporate resources from anywhere in the world. Cisco Duo 2FA / MFA mitigates this risk by adding additional security factor with iPhone or Android smart phones so that even though the hackers gain the username and password, they cannot gain access to the users MFA devices.
Customers need Duo Essentials license in this case, and customers can buy license amount just to cover the users who need to perform these tasks which are usually the Remote workers such as Sales, IT support and Managements.

IT Pattana has implemented Duo RDP to protect Windows Server, Windows 11, also legacy Windows 10 clients logon using Duo Windows RDP agent. The agents will be installed on the Windows machines, and can be managed by Duo Admininstrator Console. Cisco Duo RDP agents can protect either Windows installed on a physical machines, on VM, and also protect Remote Desktop session to the Windows, and the IT admin can manage each client from Duo console. IT admin can issue offline access code in case the users lost their phones. Cisco Duo RDP agents are free, and do not require any Duo paid license.
