Microsoft OEM FPP ESD and CSP Software Licenses

Microsoft offers varieties of Software licenses to suit your organization needs. In many cases, these varitiy of choices can confuse you. If you are not sure what type of Windows OS, MS Office, MS SQL licenses are suitable for your organization, below tables explain the differences. Windows 11 Pro edition is designed for enterprise workers who need more features and security to protect their computers. Windows 11 Pro edition is needed to join Windows Server Domain (Windows 10 Home edition cannot join Windows Server Domain).
Windows 11 Pro can be bought in various methods.
1) if we buy new computers, customers can ask IT Pattana to bundle Win11 Pro OEM in. This is the cheapest way to get Win11 Pro license
2) If our old computers do not have Win11 Pro, customers can buy Win11 Pro ESD (Electronic license) or FPP (Full box license) and install on those computers
3) If our old computers already have Win11 Pro installed, but do no have legal licenses, customers can buy Windows 11 Pro Legalization Get Genuine-Corporate (GGWA) thorugh CSP program. This way customers do not need to re-install the windows OS on the old computers.

Microsoft Office Home and Business contains Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook. The neccessary tools for everyday business. We can buy MS Office license in ESD, FPP and CSP form. Technically, they offer the same functionalities. The differences are how to manage and deploy the licenses.
This ESD, FPP and CSP are prepertual license meaning you will own the licenses forever, but the downside is that you will not be able to upgrade to a new version in the future.

Windows Server also comes in many editions; Windows Server Essential, Windows Server Standard and Windows Server Data Center. For most of organization.
Windows Server Essential is designed for a small business with up to 25 users. Windows Server is the cheapest version, but the limitation is that it cannot scale for more than 25 users
Windows Server Standard is for small and medium business which can scale in term of number of users and number of servers. Windows Server Standard also comes with free 2 Hyper-V licenses meaning we can create VMs to support more work within a single server
Windows Server Data Center is aimed for large enterprise who want unlimited Hyper-V guest licenses.
For both Windows Server Standard and Data Center, customer can build a High Availability (HA) environment so that if one (physical) server fails, VMs can be automatically migrated to other (physical) server in the Cluster. However in this HA approach, it is recommended that the will be a shared storage such as SAN (Storage Area Network) available.
