support can be described as straight and
forward steps below..
1. Users call IT Pattana Central Helpdesk number
2. IT Pattana technical staff solves the problems
over the telephone
3. If the problems cannot be solved by telephone, Helpdesk staff will request to remote connect to the user computer
4. With remote management software capability, Helpdesk will be able to solve the problems as if he/she sits in front of user's computer
5. In case of the problems cannot be solved by remote access, ie HW problems or network problem, IT Pattana can dispatch our Deskside support to your premise according to the SLA .
Pro-active System Administration
Everyday IT Pattana support will make sure that your File server, Print server, Network printer and other infrastructure resources are functioning as required. Many system errors can be detected and fixed by our System Administrator before the errors become problems. Examples of our pro-active system admin are:
1. Check availability of infrastructure services
2. Check system error logs
3. Check server backup logs
4. Check server disk space utilization, etc
Our normal support hours are Mon-Fri from 8am-5pm.
